Watch out for fraudulent websites claiming they will register you to vote.

Here are two ways to verify that you are on an official government website:
1. Official websites use .gov: A .gov website belongs to an official government organization in the United States.
2. Secure .gov websites use HTTPS: A lock icon or https:// means you’ve safely connected to the .gov website. Share sensitive information only on official, secure websites.
Use USA.gov to register to vote. Learn how to vote in your state and meet those deadlines. Don’t procrastinate–register today!
